I have been a patient at SmartShape for almost nine years and each and every appointment has been timely, pleasant and helpful. I travel a fair distance to go to SmartShape and only once, when an appointment got screwed up (my own fault!) was there the tiniest bit of a wait. And even then, when the whole office staff was heading to a conference one of the nurses, Tina, stayed behind to help. She is an amazing, cheerful, compassionate woman and a credit to SmartShape. All of the nurses -Tammy, Tina, all of them – are consummate professionals but they always seem to have a few extra minutes to be ‘human’ as well!
