Right from the beginning when I just had questions, the answers I got were thorough and helpful. I never felt pushed to make a decision until I was ready. I spoke with the surgeon more than once about various concerns. He never dismissed them as frivolous and instead took the time to explain things until I was satisfied. The staff on the phone were endlessly patient and compassionate. The facility was clean and orderly. It was efficient with making it feel impersonal.
