I wanted to update you on my progress. I have lost 57 lbs. since my Gastric Sleeve procedure in February 2017. I went from a size 18 to a 12-14. My blood sugar and cholesterol are way down. I am now experiencing a plateau but I am not obsessing about it. I would like to lose another 10 lbs. I feel and look fabulous. I am getting used to my new stomach and continue to monitor my eating habits. I would like to thank everyone on the SmartShape team. You are fabulous!! It was one of the best decisions of my life!! Thank you.
