Thanks for checking in on my post-op health. I have currently lost 76 pounds since two weeks before my surgery. I am no longer on my blood pressure medication (this happened within the first month post-op) which I have been on since I was 16 years old. I no longer have joint and muscle pain with every move. I have had orthotics for several years and in the past if I went for a day without them, I would hardly be able to walk by the end of the day. Now, I can go several days without them and my feet feel fine. My top two triumphs are being able to sit and cross my legs once again, and not having to buy my clothes in a plus size store.
