From the time I contacted SmartShape I felt that the staff went out of their way to meet my needs. This was important because I had to travel halfway across the country for the procedure. Every staff member I dealt with was extremely positive about my decision. They stressed that it would require commitment on my part but that they could provide all the tools to help with that. I am looking forward to being able to call for help and advice. I feel that everyone at SmartShape is an absolute expert in their field. The literature provided is easy to understand and provides a step-by-step account of what to expect before and during the procedure, and most importantly as I move forward.
