My experience at SWLC was absolutely top notch. The staff are very professional warm and empathetic. It was important to me not to feel like I was entering into a business transaction vs a medical procedure. At no time did I experience this atmosphere. I had a small concern en route home to Western Canada and phoned the clinic nurse line on a Sunday. My surgeon called me back himself within minutes. I was of course fine!! —Karla
