I was very happy with the overall care I was given at the clinic/hospital. I truly think that the public health service could learn a lot by observing the quality of service I was given. Could I have had this service done through OHIP at no cost? Yes! BUT not with the attention to detail as the SmartShape Surgeon and his team provided. Any complaints? One very small one – in the Patients’ rooms, you need to put the toilet paper dispenser beside the toilet, not behind it.
