SmartShape far exceeded my expectations for the gastric sleeve procedure. The pre-op information was very comprehensive and easy to follow. I felt very comfortable contacting the team with all of my questions beforehand. The surgeon and medical team were simply outstanding. They responded to my questions and told me everything I needed to know. The after care staff were very caring and highly responsive. I really appreciated the post-op check-ins from the surgeon, the nurses, and the webinars and videos are first rate. The only suggestion I would like to make is to offer webinars at some times that are not during regular working hours. Thank you for a very positive experience. I am on my way to greatly improved health and the whole journey has been very positive!
