I was unable to write in the box for “other” related to how I found out about SmartShape: I was at Don Mills Surgical Centre having Carpal Tunnel surgery and read the brochure on SmartShape; as a result, I booked a consult with the SmartShape surgeon. My overall experience from start to finish was nothing short of phenomenal. I attribute this to the staff at both Don Mills and SmartShape: all were extremely helpful, non-judgemental, supportive and encouraging. The care I received on-site pre- and post-op was amazing; especially compared to previous public hospital stays I’ve had. Thank you to all and, of course, to the SmartShape surgeon. I feel this will end up being a worthwhile investment in my health and longevity and quality of life.
