From my very first inquiry I have been nothing but impressed with everyone I contacted at SmartShape. My questions were always answered, and respected. Everyone in the operating room made me feel comfortable and prepared. The nurses at Don Mills Surgical, each one of them is outstanding. One nurse braided my hair when I was feeling not quite myself and when I left, she said the kindest words. I will never forget her. Now post-op, I do not feel as though I have been thrown to the wind, the support and guidance is wonderful. I believe that it is because of each of the amazing people I have come into contact with that I feel confident in attaining my many goals to come.
