From the very beginning of my journey to now, 2 weeks post-op, all of the staff, nurses and doctors at SmartShape have done an outstanding job to ensure that my procedure and recovery be as smooth as possible. I have absolutely no complaints. I feel great and I’m excited to start this new journey! My ONLY suggestion is that the post-op webinars be offered at different times: I’m already back at work now and I can’t access them at 9:30am and 1:30pm on weekdays – I only get 30 mins for lunch and the timing just isn’t right. Other than that, everything is great. I’ve received follow-up calls from the surgeon and from the nurses and I have an appointment booked with SmartShape to check on my progress and incisions. Very very well organized healthcare centre and I’m very pleased with everything so far. Let’s hope my new tiny tummy agrees! Thank you.
