I am just over a year post-op and I haven’t regretted my decision to get the mini gastric bypass through SmartShape. I hike now, I kayak, I’ve recently started running and taking a dance class, plus so many other things I couldn’t have ever imagined doing 150lbs ago. SmartShape made this all bearable with very realistic goals and food goals. I never felt like I was lacking or hungry and continued to enjoy many of the foods I love, just modified or in moderation. They made what could have been a difficult year feel very doable. Thanks SmartShape team. – Deanna
