“Couldn’t really ask for more! Right from walking in on surgery day the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and modern environment right away put my mind at ease. The nurses were WONDERFUL!! So attentive and kind. They were quick to respond post op, and I felt as if I had one on one attention. The surgeon was friendly and made me feel very comfortable heading into surgery. The after care has also been very reliable with quick responses from staff and easy access to nurses and dietitians. Overall, I am so pleased with the quality of care from the team at Smartshape and would highly recommend that anyone considering this procedure should definitely speak to the people at this clinic.”
