I did not come to this decision easily. The surgeon was available when I needed to talk with him. The support from the staff at SmartShape was amazing. Once I finally committed, the process started and followed through most efficiently. I know now that I would not have got this far without everyone at SmartShape and that they will still be with me in 5 years. This is a “LIFE” change and I am glad they will be with me on my journey. – Gail
