I was so nervous and scared to reach out and ask for help. After my first connection with staff, I immediately felt safe. My consult with [the surgeon] put me at ease and his care for his patients came through right away. He answered all my questions, was supportive and encouraging. Very happy to have the surgeon that I had. My procedure was very challenging for the surgeon. Luckily for me, the surgeon   was very determined to achieve the end result that I desired and I might not have been as successful with a different surgeon. The process was made quick and easy by the professional support team and Dr. Orzech. They were able to get me set up and in for surgery within the same month that I contacted them. On the day of surgery, Dr. Orzech went above and beyond, locating and repairing a hiatus hernia during the MGB surgery. After the surgery, I needed additional assistance, and the nurses at the clinic were there all day and night to help me through the recovery. Everyone I talked with during the entire process was professional, efficient, and did everything needed to ensure I could comfortably make it through. - CJ
