The staff at SmartShape have been very supportive and responsive. I never felt judged during any appointments or meetings with the nurses or surgeon. The surgeon took his time during our telephone meeting to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. Before surgery, he sat eye-level and made me feel less nervous. He explained everything to me in the operating room. After surgery, he saw me multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. The staff at SmartShape followed up with me right away after discharge and made it very easy to contact them with any questions. I am very happy I have made this decision. Thank you. - Hope
