On May 29th, 2013, SmartShape officially joined Pinterest, the latest social media outlet to be added on its roster of social networks that include Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
Pinterest was introduced to the worldwide web in 2010 that allows sharing of content and interests via photos. In August 2011, Time Magazine included Pinterest in their “50 Best Websites of 2011”. According to comScore, in January 2012, Pinterest became the “fastest website in history to hit over 10 million unique visitors”.
