Dietitians of Canada are kicking Nutrition Month off on February 23rd with a campaign dedicated to supporting Canadians in making small changes to their eating – one meal at a time. The goal of the campaign is to provide information and guidance to make it a little easier for Canadians to improve diet quality and decrease quantity. Think about it: Canadians eat about 100 meals each month. Dietitians of Canada will be inspiring people with ideas to make small changes, supported by doable strategies to help make those changes stick.
Nutrition Month has been planned and delivered by Dietitians of Canada for more than 30 years. Dietitians in communities and workplaces across the country will be hosting events during March.
