Everyone was very professional and informative but still warm and friendly, from the surgeon and anesthesiologist, to the nurses. Felt very well cared for during my stay at the hospital. Very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend. - Eboni

My surgeon was such a wonderful surgeon. I actually had two consults with him, one a month ago when I decided to move ahead and the first consult was over a year ago when I was looking into SmartShape. I will have no problem recommending the Smart Shape team to friends and family. They were all professional and compassionate. I like that I can email or call my nurses or dieticians with questions and that now 4 days post op, I've heard from the clinic over 5 times to ensure I'm doing okay. Great team, great clinic and I'm looking forward to my new life! - Danielle

My surgeon was phenomenal! He went over and beyond to conquer my surgical goals in a safe and timely manner. My case wasn’t typical having a previous plication. He treated me as if I was his own family. Also, had wonderful bedside manner :) The staff were friendly and approachable. My care was outstanding and thorough. You could tell the work environment was positive as all the staff always had a smile on their faces and I could hear the interaction amongst staff in my room postop. This says ALOT! My surgeon went above and beyond for me. He thoroughly explained the options for the revision. He was great. His staff are professional and kind. The staff at Don Mills Surgical Centre are also top notch. The nurses were fantastic. Dianna the night nurse went above and beyond for me. She rubbed my back to help with gas pains. She was so good and kind to me. All staff were fantastic. I am thrilled with everything. My surgeon was quick to reach out post op to see how I was feeling. He came and saw me in person and called me after I was discharged. His colleague (spoke to him on the phone as a friend also had surgery) was also great. So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for me. I finally feel like I have been given my life back. Smart Shape set me up for long term success! –Emilie
