I have always been a big guy, overweight in elementary school. I was advised I needed to do something. I went to another hospital for information and the risks mentioned had my kids saying no way. When I was reviewing your information, the kids were very supportive. I am very pleased, the weight I lost before surgery had me lighter than I've been in 15 years or more. I'm excited for the results to come. Thanks to the Surgeon and the amazing staff.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the level of care that I received and continue to receive from all staff at SmartShape. The nurses especially were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, attentive, and encouraging throughout the surgical stay.

I was very impressed with the entire process. I called in September and was booked for surgery in mid November. The Doctors and nurses were really great ... all in all I had great service and care from everyone involved!!

I had two of the nicest nurses pre and post surgery on October 18 and October 19 - Diana and a lady from Bermuda. Diana has the best bedside manner and has the best disposition that I've seen. She should be commended and you're lucky to have her on your team at the Wynford Drive location.

I am extremely satisfied with the pre and post operative care I received. The nurses were extremely attentive and very efficient. I would highly recommend this facility for the first step in the right direction for a healthy life journey.

My experience at the SmartShape Weight Loss Centre (Centric Health Surgical Centre) has been absolutely phenomenal. The staff are friendly and a constant source of support. All my questions were answered and I never felt alone in this process. The Surgeon outlined every step of the procedure for me and made me feel very comfortable. Overall I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility and it's staff. I just want to send out a sincere thank you to everyone who has been a part of my journey. Can't wait to share my progress with you.

I was so happy with the facility and the staff. The Surgeon was simply amazing. He connects with his patients in the most friendly manner. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this facility to have the Gastric Sleeve done. I flew in from Alberta to have mine done and am completely satisfied. Thanks for checking in on my post-op health. I have currently lost 76 pounds since two weeks before my surgery. I am no longer on my blood pressure medication (this happened within the first month post-op) which I have been on since I was 16 years old. I no longer have joint and muscle pain with every move. I have had orthotics for several years and in the past if I went for a day without them, I would hardly be able to walk by the end of the day. Now, I can go several days without them and my feet feel fine. My top two triumphs are being able to sit and cross my legs once again, and not having to buy my clothes in a plus size store.

Thanks again for contacting me. My experience with Centric Health was wonderful and all the nurses were fabulous during my stay.
