The SmartShape surgeon and all of the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure I had all the education and information about the procedure. I'm a week post-op and I am so thankful I chose SmartShape and the SmartShape surgeon. Absolutely happy with everything.

I would just like to comment on the wonderful nursing staff at the surgical Centre. They could not do enough for me and were extremely attentive. As a fellow nurse I was very impressed!

I was unable to write in the box for "other" related to how I found out about SmartShape: I was at Don Mills Surgical Centre having Carpal Tunnel surgery and read the brochure on SmartShape; as a result, I booked a consult with the SmartShape surgeon. My overall experience from start to finish was nothing short of phenomenal. I attribute this to the staff at both Don Mills and SmartShape: all were extremely helpful, non-judgemental, supportive and encouraging. The care I received on-site pre- and post-op was amazing; especially compared to previous public hospital stays I've had. Thank you to all and, of course, to the SmartShape surgeon. I feel this will end up being a worthwhile investment in my health and longevity and quality of life.

The nurses and staff at the Don Mills surgical facility were amazing. Everyone took the time to help me stay calm and really were encouraging and helpful. The OR Nurses even gave me a hug to help me calm down. The SmartShape Surgeon is amazing as well. He took the time during many phone calls and even the day of surgery to help me stay calm and thoroughly answer all of my questions, I am so happy he was the Surgeon who performed this surgery. I would recommend this to everyone. The recovery was a breeze - I'm two weeks out with no pain and down 23 lbs so far. Thank you all for giving me a chance at a healthier life. Anonymous

The staff were very helpful and caring. I have struggled for so many years and I believe that I have support now to be able to make the change I need to, to become healthy instead of continuing to spiral out of control. I became afraid that if I continued with yo-yo diets there was a heart attack around the corner or other major health issues. After speaking to the SmartShape staff and Surgeon, I felt I would be on my way to a healthier me. I strongly believe I made the right choice and have the support to help get me there. Thank you to the entire SmartShape team from the Surgeon, to the nurses, the anesthesiologist, and all the support staff. You have changed my life.
