I am from out of the Toronto area and was very nervous to do this procedure, but after talking to the people at Smart Shape I felt completely comfortable and safe through the whole experience from start to finish. At the beginning the surgeon even called me himself to answer any questions and concerns regarding the procedure. After the procedure the nurse and dietitians called me at home to see how I was doing. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and nice, they made me feel like family. I am a month post-op and feeling better than I ever anticipated.

The post op nursing staff were exceptionally caring and all of them had a delightful sense of humour. I appreciated that a great deal. They were excellent at pain management and helped me whenever I needed it and made me feel as if I were their only patient.
My surgeon was very nice and friendly, I didn't feel uncomfortable that he was performing my surgery. The nurses at the Don Mills Centre were wonderful and amazing. They really took good care of me and helped me with after care instructions. I got phone calls from the smart shape centre after I went back to Vancouver just to check up on me and see how things were going after surgery. It was a great experience overall. ---Gurpreet

From the time I walked in the door until the time I was discharged the entire staff was very attentive. The nurses were amazing! They were all very friendly and at my side whenever I needed them with in seconds no matter what the issue. The surgeon is one of the friendliest and calming doctors I have ever met, he was amazing! I am very pleased I chose your clinic to have my procedure and I would recommend it to everyone!
