I am so pleased and thankful to everyone at SmartShape and the Don Mills Surgical Unit. Everyone was so helpful and really took the time to address my needs and had made every effort for an exceptional comfort level for me during my stay. The support staff during post-op has been so awesome with follow up calls and emails to me regarding my recovery and have been taking the time to educate me on a successful journey after my Sleeve Gastrectomy 2 weeks ago. I have tried many weight loss programs and was unsuccessful in the process. Now that I have had my surgery, not only have I started losing weight, but more so I feel so incredible! Only 2 weeks post surgery and I feel like a new person! My blood pressure and sugars have stabilized and no more joint pains! I feel like I did 20 years ago! I would definitely recommend SmartShape to anyone who has struggled with weight loss as they have an exceptional support staff, dedicated Doctors and nurses and a great team that caters to your individual needs. Best surgical experience from every aspect. Talking to reception, nurses, and doctor. I'm already starting to see results and I'm over the moon with excitement. What really helped me decide if this was the clinic for me was the ongoing support for 5 YEARS. AMAZING - I'm a patient that has had to out of pocket the procedure and I've not regretted anything. My past experience with Slimband was horrible as soon as I paid for the procedure I was never able to speak with anyone again. This is soo not SmartShape. Well done to you all :) -Jan

Everything was great from my initial consultation to the actual surgery to post op activities. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional and the surgeon did a great job as far as I am concerned.
